Scott Dillingham

Scott Dillingham is a licensed mortgage agent (Ontario, Level 2) and the founder of LendCity Mortgages, operating under the Mortgage Architects brokerage. He built DSCR Authority as an independent resource for US rental-property investors — neutral lender comparisons, interactive calculators, and state-by-state guides — while LendCity handles origination and portfolio strategy for investors on both sides of the border.

Scott has spent more than a decade in investor-focused mortgage origination: DSCR and non-QM programs, portfolio and blanket loans, foreign-national financing, and BRRRR refinance timing. He works with first-time landlords scaling into five- and ten-property portfolios as well as operators managing larger multifamily and STR portfolios.
