Chris Micucci

Chris Micucci brings more than ten years of hands-on experience in non-QM mortgage origination and DSCR loan structuring. Before joining DSCR Authority, Chris worked as a senior loan officer at two of the nation's largest non-QM wholesale platforms, where he closed hundreds of DSCR transactions across 30+ states — ranging from single-family rentals in Florida and Texas to small multifamily deals in the Northeast.

Chris joined DSCR Authority because he saw a persistent gap in the market: investors were routinely overpaying on rate, accepting unfavorable prepayment penalties, and missing lender-specific overlays that would have disqualified them mid-pipeline. He built the matching framework DSCR Authority uses to route deals based on DSCR tier, credit profile, property type, and state — not on which lender pays the highest referral fee.

In his current role, Chris oversees the senior advisory team, ensures our rate tables reflect real broker-facing pricing, and personally handles complex scenarios including no-ratio programs, foreign national deals, and condotels. He also maintains DSCR Authority's lender network, conducting quarterly re-verifications of lender program parameters to keep the comparison data accurate.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University. He is an avid real estate investor himself with a portfolio of long-term rental properties in the Southeast.
